We have two platforms
available with tons of great reads for you, from classic novels to the latest
bestsellers!
Bolinda Borrowbox has a range
of fiction and non-fiction titles for children, teenagers, young adults as well as adults – so there
is something for the whole family!
On CloudLibrary we have content
for adults with users getting access to thousands of eBooks and eAudiobooks including
titles from other libraries signed up to CloudLibrary. This means you get a fantastic choice of fiction and non-fiction titles!

Both platforms have accessibility features that
allow everyone to experience the joy of books. You can change the font size, font style and
background and Borrowbox also has a dyslexic font. You can also listen to eAudiobooks at your

Pressreader - eNewspapers and eMagazines
Borrow
eNewspapers and eMagazines from around the world via Pressreader! There are more than 7000
titles available from over 100 countries including The Guardian, Good Housekeeping, and The
Scotsman to name a few.
You can also listen to articles, change the language and increase and change the font for greater accessibility.
eComics and Graphic Novels
There are
thousands of digital comics, graphic novels and Manga available to borrow via
ComicsPlus. There are titles for all ages - adults, young
people and children. Publications available include those by Archie Comics, Iron Circus Comics, Dekko
Comics and many more!
Theory Test Pro
Calling all learner drivers, parents of learner drivers or anyone who is due to sit a vehicle theory test!
You can access TheoryTest Pro for FREE
as an East Lothian Library member. Theory Test Pro is a highly
realistic online simulation of the UK's driving theory tests for all vehicle
categories.
There are official test questions, hazard perception video simulations, and an online version of the Highway code.
So, whether it’s a car, motorcycle, passenger carrying vehicle, large goods vehicle this resource can help you prepare for your theory test!
Transparent Language Online
There are over 110 languages to choose from plus English (ESL) materials for native speakers of over 30 languages.
KidSpeak™ is also accessible through Transparent Language Online and is a fun, age appropriate online language course for children ages 6 years and above! Available for English, French, German, Italian, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.

This is an online study resource for candidates preparing for the 'Life in the UK' test of British Citzenship test.Go Citizen has the latest official study materials

Ancestry
Ancestry has over 4 billion records available to search from historical census,
immigration records, parish records and passenger lists making it a great tool
to uncover your family history.
Please note: This is the only resource that you are unable to access from home - access is from a library PC or through the library WIFI.

Don't worry you can easily join as an online only member by visiting our library catalogue.
