Upcoming Changes to Charges and Fines
Since March 2020, we have not issued any fines or charges and we are happy to announce that we will not be charging fines for overdue loans in the future. Charges for certain services such as reservations and borrowing DVDs will be returning but at a reduced rate. We will, however, continue to charge for the non-return of items of stock.
