**NEW** RBdigital In App Registration

RBdigital now supports borrower registration within the mobile App.

New users can now go straight to our library collection on their phone or tablet without having to visit the website to register first.

Simply download the RBdigital App to your device from the device's App/Play store.

'Not a Member?

Tap and scroll to choose Country: United Kingdom. Then Tap on Choose library

Choose Country

Tap and scroll to search for East Lothian Libraries. Then tap on create account.

Choose Library

Enter your library card number: If you have a B number, enter the B and the 9 digits. If you have a 16 digit smartcard number, enter the first 14 digits only. Ignore the last 2 digits. If you have an H number, enter the H and the 7 digits.

Enter library card and personal details

Enter the required details under RBdigital account information:
Username: Create a username
Password: Your password is the last 4 digits of your library membership number. If you have a 16 digit smartcard, ignore the last 2 digits and your password will be the last 4 digits of the 14 digits.

Enter the required information under Personal information.

Read the Terms of Service and Privacy notice and tap the check box to accept the terms and conditions.

Tap register.

Tap to register

You can then start exploring the content available via RBdigital such as eBooks, eAudiobooks, eComics, eMagazines, eFilms, Music concerts and life learning courses, The Great Courses and ArtistWorks.

  • Pop into one of our branches
  • Email Library Services with details of your query/issue.
  • Access the RBdigital Help page, where you will find sections with tutorials, FAQ's and Troubleshooting. There is also the facility to submit a ticket if you are unable to find the answer to your query/issue.

We have changed some of the eMagazines available via RBdigital. Don't worry, we have kept popular magazines such as Auto Express, Hello! and the New Scientist but have swapped out the lesser used magazines for some lovely new titles.

The new titles are noted below. Why not check them out and let us what you think of them.

The app is great for reading magazines on the move and to alleviate the boredom of the long commute!

As an East Lothian Library member, you can get FREE access to Pressreader.
