Three harbours festival @ Prestonpans library


Exhibition - family stories in clay 31st May to 8th June
Nine P7 students from Prestonpans Primary School have interviewed their grandparents (or another family elder) about a myth/story/legend in their family. The stories have been illustrated on handmade tiles guided by ceramic artist, Avesha DeWolfe of Spiral Tide Pottery in Prestonpans. There are stories of love, travel, heartache, mice, World War 2 and a rogue bear

Photographic historian John Greenwood presents his annual photographic display of old Pans and beyond.
Thursday 5th June, 2.00pm - 4.30pm Make the 'Pans' Highland Coo
Help make the ‘Pans’ Highland Coo.Come along and help make our ‘Highland Coo’ hairy using materials from Scrapstore. There will also be a small range of their salvaged materials suitable for your arts and crafts projects. Have a cup of tea or coffee and see what the library has to offer while you are with us. Suitable for all ages
